OxIME (Oxford Imaging Methods Epicentre) is a preclinical initiative that aims to advance experimental molecular imaging with innovation in radiochemistry and labelling technology, with capacity to advance fundamental science in PET ligand discovery across the University of Oxford and beyond. OxIME was launched in 2022 by Professors Véronique Gouverneur, Ben Davis and Daniel Anthony.
OxIME is based in the University of Oxford and the Rosalind Franklin Institute. Our cyclotron and radiochemistry facilities are hosted in the Rodney Porter Building, Department of Chemistry and are due to open in Autumn 2025. Preclinical facilities are housed the Department of Pharmacology and Rosalind Franklin Institute (RFI).
OxIME also has access to preclinical imaging facilities are based at Oxford Centre for Advanced Preclinical Imaging (OCAPI) — University of Oxford, Medical Sciences Division
